Guadalupe Ranch Estates is a homeowner community 12 miles west of Hunt, TX located near the headwaters of the North Fork of the Guadalupe River at 101 Cherry Springs Rd, Hunt 78024, just off FM1340.

Our property owners have access to one of the best swimming holes in the State of Texas through our Deep Water Park. Many Texans know this stretch of the river as a result of visits to the neighboring Mo-Ranch which is located on the opposite side of the river.

In addition to our Deep Water Park, we have a Shallow Water Park that is ideal for families with children and toddlers, and a Lake Park equipped with BBQ pits, picnic shelters, a restroom, and a playground. Our own dedicated Firehouse is an extension of the Hunt Volunteer Fire Department that provides fire and EMS services to our community.

Lot sizes start at 5 acres and are protected by deed restrictions to enhance your country living experience. The enforcement of deed restrictions, and operations and maintenance of our common properties is provided by the Guadalupe Ranch Estates Property Owners, Inc., a Texas corporation of which all property owners are voting members.
