2025 Annual Property Owners Meeting
Saturday, June 7th, 9:00 am at Hunt Main Fire Station, Community Room, FM1340, Hunt
Guadalupe Ranch Property Owners,
We will hold our Annual Meeting on Saturday, June 7th starting at 9:00AM at the Hunt Main Firehouse meeting room on FM 1340 in Hunt. Please plan to attend this meeting as there are a number of important items affecting our neighborhood that will be discussed and decided on at this meeting, including election of 3 new directors to the GRE Board.
Please seriously consider joining the GRE Board so we can fill these 3 positions by completing either the GRE Board Nomination Form attached to this email and returning it to myself, any current Board member or mailing it to the address on the form by May 30, 2025.
We are required to have a quorum at this meeting to hold this election and vote, so your attendance is vital. Over the next couple weeks, a member of the GRE Board will be contacting you to confirm if you will attend this meeting. If you do not plan to attend, we need to obtain your proxy to ensure a quorum of property owners is represented at the meeting. You can designate any property owner that will be attending the meeting as your proxy. If you do not plan to attend, please complete a proxy form and send it to our GRE Board Secretary, Bob Taylor (email bobtaylor@hctc.net) or mail to P.O. Box 377 Hunt, Texas 78024. We need to receive your forms no later than May 30, 2025.
In a couple weeks we will send you a reminder of this meeting along with the minutes of our 2024 Annual Meeting and our current financial report for you to review prior to the meeting this year. The draft agenda for this year's Annual Meeting is attached. All other attached forms are in both MS-Word and PDF format for your convenience and use.
